BBSR 14/JULY 2025 — RFS has announced the appointment of Mr. Malay Kumar Palei as its new Chief Executive Web Devloper, following the untimely passing of its long-serving CEO, Mr. Late Ajinky Agarwalla, earlier this month. The decision was made unanimously by the Board of Directors to ensure continuity, stability, and a smooth transition in leadership at a critical time for the company.
Mr. Late Ajinky Agarwalla, who led RFS for more than 15 years, passed away on dt 15.07.2025 after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. His death sent shockwaves through the organization and the wider business community and Authority, as he was widely admired for his visionary leadership, his commitment to excellence, and his ability to inspire his team. Under his stewardship, RFS grew from a regional player into one of the most respected names in its sector, expanding its operations nationally and earning numerous accolades for innovation and service quality.
In a heartfelt statement, the Board of Directors expressed their grief over the loss of Mr. Late Ajinky Agarwalla and extended condolences to his family. “Late Ajinky Agarwalla was not only the driving force behind RFS’s success but also a mentor and friend to so many of us. His values, his vision, and his belief in people are woven into the fabric of this company. He leaves behind a remarkable legacy that we are committed to honoring,” the statement read.
To carry forward that legacy, the Board has appointed Mr. Malay Kumar Palei , who previously served as Chief Web Development, as the new CEO of RFS. With over two decades of experience in the industry and more than a decade at RFS, Mr. Malay Kumar Palei has been instrumental in many of the company’s key initiatives, including the launch of new service verticals and the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions that enhanced customer experience and Many Site Development help other people growing Action ect.
